Talks & Workshops
Creative Leadership & Talent Development

Over the years, I’ve built a collection of high-energy talks and hands-on workshops designed to unlock creativity, courage, and culture.

Whether I’m helping creatives present with more confidence, teaching aspiring creative directors how to lead, or helping teams build a healthier feedback culture, my goal is always the same: give people the language, tools, and courage to make better work together.

I’ve had the pleasure of engaging audiences across North America and Europe for creative conferences, universities, agencies, and in-house brand teams.

The Presentation Primer
Build powerful narratives and sell ideas with confidence — without sounding like a corporate robot.

WORKSHOP — 60 minutes, in-person or virtual

Most creatives spend years learning how to make the work and almost no time learning how to present it. Then, suddenly, the stakes are high, the client is in the room, and “talking through the deck” is not enough.

This workshop helps creatives build the mindset, structure, and confidence to present ideas clearly, persuasively, and in a voice that still feels like their own. Presenting, just like any technical skill creatives pick up along the way, is an acquired skill. Let’s work that muscle together.

Teams and organizations of all sizes who wish to improve their presentation and pitching skills.

Topics covered:
— The Art of Presenting
— Finding Your Voice
— Building Confidence
— Crafting a Narrative
— Time Management

The Creative Direction Clinic
Shift from doing the work to leading the work.

WORKSHOP — 60 minutes, in-person or virtual

Becoming a Creative Director is the most destabilizing shift in a creative’s career. The honed skills that make someone a strong creative are not always the skills that make them a strong creative leader.

This workshop helps current and aspiring CDs build the muscles of creative leadership: vision, feedback, trust, active listening, decision-making, discomfort, team momentum, as well as developing the ability to elevate ideas and — most importantly — people.

Want to know more?
Read my interview with DesignThinkers where I discuss how creative direction is about so much more than making good work.

This workshop is for:
Teams and aspiring creative leaders of all experience levels (from fresh grads to senior) looking to grow into a Creative Director role.

Topics covered:
— Team Dynamics
— Prioritization
— Decision Making
— Creating a Vision
— Defining Culture
— Leadership & Coaching

Ditch the Sh*t Sandwich
A guide to giving feedback that builds trust, sharpens ideas, and moves the work forward.

WORKSHOP — 60 minutes, in-person or virtual

Everyone gives feedback. However, very few people are trained to do it well. Poor feedback creates confusion, weakens trust, and leaves teams less confident in the process. Better feedback is clear, generous, actionable, and grounded in care for the work and the people making it.

This workshop simulates high-pressure reviews and tight timelines while practising how to ask better questions, set intent and land decisions. You’ll leave with repeatable tools, a clearer understanding of your "Feedback Signature” and the confidence to stop protecting discomfort to make your feedback indispensable.

This workshop is for:
Individuals, leaders and teams of all sizes who want to deliver clear, kind and empowering feedback that elevates both the people and the work.

Topics covered:
— Team Dynamics
— Nurturing Psychological Safety
— Clear Communication
— Organizing and Synthesizing Ideas
— Leadership & Empowerment

Uncover Your Creative Archetype
Know how you think. Change how you create.

WORKSHOP — 60 minutes, in-person or virtual

I believe that the best way to level up our creativity is to look inward first. Part personality test, part vision quest, this workshop helps participants understand their strengths, blind spots, inspiration drivers, and collaboration style, by matching them with one of 16 Creative Archetypes.

By the end of the session, each attendee will receive a worksheet outlining key strengths, areas of growth, and inspiration drivers so they can use their creativity more intentionally and work better with people who think differently.

Define your Why, embrace your Why Not?

I’ll share stories and mementos that have shaped my journey, as well as a framework to help attendees chart their path forward.

The Storytelling Masterclass
Tell better stories. Sell better ideas. Make better work.

MASTERCLASS — 20 hours, 10 weeks

Originally commissioned by Miami Ad School, this 10-week hands-on masterclass was designed from the ground up to teach the fundamentals of creative storytelling for advertising — from finding the problem and insight, to shaping the idea, writing the execution, and selling the work.

You’ll create ads using different storytelling techniques and prompts, reverse-engineer daring campaigns, apply The Hero’s Journey to creative pitching, write scripts, explore voice and tone, and build a campaign held together by a powerful narrative.

Because great creative work is not just about telling a good story. It’s about telling the right story to sell the story you want to tell.

Ready to get started?
All you need is your brain, a pen, and a lot of paper.

This talk is for:
Teams, organizations, and individuals of all experience levels from creatives, copywriters, art directors, designers, strategists, students, and anyone who wants to understand how better stories lead to better ideas.

Topics covered:
— Reverse-engineering great campaigns
— Turning raw thinking into a compelling idea
— Using voice, tone, tension, and structure
— Building campaigns around a clear narrative
— Deck Structure & Presentation
— 1:1 Coaching & Mentorship

The 360 Campaign Development Masterclass
Learn how to think faster, sharper, and bigger.

MASTERCLASS — 30 hours, 4-day sprint

Originally commissioned by IDEA School of Design, this intensive 30-hour class teaches the fundamentals of conceptual thinking and campaign development. Using my Brainstorm Bootcamp framework, students will learn how to find sharper ideas, pressure-test them, polish them, and stretch them into a full 360 campaign across strategy, identity, print, digital, video, activation, and more. And yes, you’ll pull it off in four days.

But here’s the twist: this class is randomly generated, which means no two cohorts are ever the same. Like the real world, the conditions keep changing. Students will have to adapt, experiment, fail, rethink, and outthink their way toward a stronger idea.

Because failure is not the opposite of good ideas, it’s how you get to them.

Ready to get started?
All you need is your brain, a pen, and a lot of paper.

This talk is for:
Teams and organizations of all sizes, design students, art directors, copywriters, strategists, emerging creatives, and anyone who wants to build stronger conceptual thinking skills and learn how to develop a campaign from the ground up.

Topics covered:
— The basics of strategy and brief-building
— Generating ideas, editing and polishing
— Expanding one strong idea into a campaign
— Critiquing and elevating ideas
— Time management and prioritization
— Presenting with clarity and confidence
— 1:1 Coaching & Mentorship
